The Rotary eClub of Brindabella meets on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month at 8pm Canberra/Sydney time. Our meetings include speakers, club business, project planning and more. Visitors are welcome.

10th of September General Meeting Recap

The meeting featured a presentation by District Governor Judy, who outlined her vision for Rotary District 9705 to focus on dementia-friendly initiatives, encouraging each club to adopt at least one practical dementia project. She detailed various ways clubs could get involved, such as becoming dementia-friendly, supporting music sessions, establishing memory cafes, and contributing to a dementia summit

The club discussed upcoming events like the District Conference, RYLA, and World Polio Day movie fundraisers. Updates were given on the Christmas cake and pudding fundraiser, the Greater Good scholarship, and potential projects on trachoma and Nepal. Ross gave a vote of thanks to Judy for her presentation and leadership
