The Rotary eClub of Brindabella meets on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month at 8pm Canberra/Sydney time. Our meetings include speakers, club business, project planning and more. Visitors are welcome.
Please note: this Zoom meeting is scheduled weekly, but the club will only meet scheduled nights.
As previously advised, the meeting this week on December 11 is the club's annual general meeting. It is important that as many members attend as able in order to have a quorum and meet the club's administrative obligations.
As formally advised by email on November 19, the Club's AGM will be held December 11 at 8pm in place of our regular club meeting.

Minutes of the previous AGM and agenda have been provided to current members. Details of nominations for vacant positions are below.
At the meeting, members will be asked to vote to: • accept the minutes of the last annual general meeting • accept the annual report • accept the auditor’s report • accept the annual financial statements • elect directors for the 2026-2027 Rotary year.
In line with the above, nominations are now sought for the following positions for 2026-2027:
President Elect (to become president in 2027-2028)
Secretary
Treasurer
Foundation Director
Community Service Director
Public Image Director
Youth Director
Public Officer (must reside in the ACT)
Protection Officer
If you wish to nominate for any of the above positions, please email President Travis on travis@travisholland.com.au and Secretary Alana on alana_yvette@hotmail.com with your interest prior to 5 December. If multiple nominations are received for any given position, an election will be held.
You are encouraged to contact the current office holder or President Travis with any questions about the roles available.
Each year, the annual dispersement from these funds becomes available to fund projects the club wishes to support and the history of these funds has generally been tied to educational scholarships. However, there has not been a direction from the club for several years.
The board would like to reinvigorate an educational scholarship program using the funds but is seeking club member input on the exact shape and form such a program could take.
Beth Woolley has been in contact with those who have RSVP'd for the Christmas event at the Woolley residence. Please ensure you reply to Beth as needed.
