The Rotary eClub of Brindabella meets online via Zoom on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month at 8 pm Canberra/Sydney time.

Speaker: Victoria Erskine
Victoria Erskine, Lecturer in Communication from Charles Sturt University, will join us to talk about her research in mindfulness practice as a skill for building resilience and wellbeing. 
 
Victoria's work contributes to workplace wellness and organisational communication with a particular focus on communication practitioners in regional communities.

Brindabella Blood drive

During winter, blood donations fall as seasonal illnesses impact donor availability - see chart below.
 
To do our part to address this, Wendy de Luca suggested a club blood drive. Wendy is investigating the process of establishing us as a 'Lifeblood Team' so we can keep track of our club contributions. In the meantime, you can elect to have a blood donation counted as part of the Rotary Australia Lifeblood Team.
